Free Monthly Diabetes Support Group Meetings

• Meetings held at L & S Pharmacy in Charleston on the last Tuesday of every month from 6-7pm
• Interactive sessions with new topics and speakers each week
• If you or a loved one has diabetes, we encourage you to attend our free program. 

Medication Therapy Management (MTM)

• Allow us to review your medication with you, answer your questions, and make taking your medicine easier. 

AADE Accredited Diabetes Self Management Training & Education Program at L & S Pharmacy

• This in-depth program creates a partnership between you and our diabetes education team. 
• Through regular meetings, we address your concerns and help you take control of your diabetes
• Examples of covered topics:  Healthy eating, Being active, Monitoring, Taking medication, Problem solving, Reducing risks, and Healthy coping
